Job Description

  • You will launch and create a sustainable Extreme Customer Centric concrete realization plan
  • As a strong believer of Customer Centric, you will deliver concrete steps to implement and measure them
  • Pragmatic, you will bring the concept into the whole company by collaborating with cross-functional departments in the whole company

Qualifications

  • You have an outstanding customer-focus experience and a track record of improving the customer experience based on data analytics and customer feedback.
  • You have demonstrated ability to work effectively across organizational lines to meet objectives, leading through influence where necessary.
  • You are articulate and have excellent communication skills to deliver speeches in large audience and in front of different media
  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills and you are able to listen and get feedback from employees, BC , members and end users in order to create program with impact
  • You have demonstrated proven ability to design processes from the ground up as required in a new organization.
  • You have a strong experience with performance metrics and process improvement, you are familiar with techniques like NPS to evaluate the progress of the ECC program performances.
