Our client is one of the global leader in Disposable Medical products. For this client, Timeo-Performance is now recruiting an Asia Sales Manager, based in Singapore.
Job Description
Sales
- Proposes the sales strategy for his countries, taking into account priority countries, priority products and compliance with the sales and marketing group strategy;
- Prepares, with the distributor, the local marketing plans for the priority countries;
- Once marketing plans are approved by the Regional Director and the VP APAC, the A-SM sets up action plans and executes of the marketing plans;
- Prepares the yearly budget for his countries, in terms of sales (per country and per product lines);
- Submit price offers to customers after approval from the Regional Director;
- Executes the sales budget once it is approved and gets orders from the customers;
- Is responsible for invoice payment by distributors;
- Manages the relationship with distributors sales teams and provide advices to the Regional Director regarding the performance of the distributors;
- Proposes trainings, workshops and congress participation to support the activity of distributors;
- Tracks inventory trends at distributors;
- Analyzes and provides field feedback to the International Marketing Department regarding market trends, market expectations, competition, product feedback, innovations, etc…;
- Develops and manages direct contacts and relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and leading hospitals and users;
- Develops and maintains an in-depth understanding of local healthcare systems, regulations and potential impact on business;
- Provides rationale for registration requests to have them approved by the Regional Director;
- Works in close cooperation with the International Training Department to organize approved trainings for the distributors and for the team, as well as congress and exhibition participation.
Management
- Seeks advices from Regional Director to act in compliance with the company policy and marketing strategy;
- Promotes and uses best sales practices;
- Gets approval from Regional Director for business trips;
- Prepares yearly evaluation reviews by Regional Director;
- Contributes to a fluid circulation of information within and outside the team;
- Behaves an ethical behavior of his team at any time;
- Applies the group procedures.
Reporting
- Follows-up distributor inventories and order forecasts;
- Prepares business trip reports and send to relevant persons in a timely manner.
Finance
- Prepares monthly expense reports at the beginning of the following month (double approval by Regional Director and VP APAC) and provides invoices.
Qualifications
The company is looking for a sales representative with a mandatory experience in single use disposable medical devices for anesthesiology
- Ability to sell to anesthesiologists in hospitals, to nursing staff;
- Ability to train and support distributors on a wide range of products;
- Ability to develop and entertain a network of Key Opinion Leader.

- Fluent English, Chinese and/or French is a plus in order to interact with the different clients in APAC.
