The Company is an MNC, Leader in Energy and Environmental efficiency services, with Head Quarters in Europe.

Report to: CEO Asia

Objective: Participate and contribute to the company’s expansion plan in Southeast Asia.

Main missions:

• Participate to the identification and qualification of potential Companies to acquire (in support to the Regional Director of Development)
• Analyse and prepare business plans for acquisitions, and for investment projects
• Prepare financial analysis to present it to decision committees based in the global HQs in Europe
• Propose strategies for financial plans linked to the projects (acquisitions)  

You will mostly interact with:

• Internally: the company’s Management team in Southeast Asia and with the Global Financial team (M&A team & International Finance team)  
• Externally: M&A companies, clients, prospects for acquisitions

• 8+ years’ experience in MNC environment or in M&A companies
• Good knowledge of the energy services sector in Southeast Asia is required
• On the ground experience in Thailand and the Philippines
• Good knowledge of M&A processes
• Master in Economy, Finance, or Strategy would be a plus
