Our client, a well-established player which designs and distributes fashion accessories, is looking for a VP Sales & Marketing, based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Objective:

• Achieve great customer experience delivered from hundreds of distributors
• Make the company a worldwide reference among the “Extreme Customer Service” companies

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Distributors management and entertainment:
  • Manage a network of 400 hundred distributors with a very stronghold on sales program and marketing campaign.
  • Generate and maximise effective behaviour on the field with Distributors
  • Train distributors to help them achieving standards and targets
  • Speak in public and develop / empower people (soft skills, training etc.). 

• Strong internal team management:
  • Build an effective support team from Head Office
  • Close follow-up on deliverables
  • Make sure team is aligned with global objectives

• Drive digital marketing:
  • Ability to analyse data and to draft medium term plan and short-term execution with KPI monitoring
  • Know how to launch and maintain profitable e-commerce in Indonesia.
  • Design, deliver and analyse e-marketing campaigns, viral marketing, CSR… 

• 8-10 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing
• Experience in Direct Selling and/or Mass Retail companies with several hundreds of distributors to handle (or franchise management)
• Strong in Data analysis and KPI monitoring
• Experienced in E-commerce in Indonesia
• Public speaking skills
• Charismatic personality
