Our client, a leader in the printing industry, is looking for its Service/Solutions Incubation Lead to be based in Singapore.

• Use research and voice of customers from the APAC region, to plan and prioritize idea development programs and provide inputs for the business requirement for development of the prototype
• Provide strategic leadership and product management throughout the incubation lifecycle
• Develop and monitor critical success factors for the service in line with the business plan
• Manage the development roadmap for the designated service lines
• Establish accountability to formulate business cases, create requirements and manage products to delivery and ongoing product management post-launch
• Manage the project budget to fund development, contracted development, as well as 3rd party partnerships, as required.
• Ability to establish standard funding/governance guidelines to source development
• Work on and steer the architecture and design of innovative service and solution projects for commercial and government customers
• Lead and assess the technical feasibility and integration risks throughout the incubation period
• Understand business and technical requirements through consultative approach and help the project teams design and refine a technical solution fit
• Participate in the delivery of prototype and best practices educational sessions to existing customers and the broader market

• Manage the development roadmap for the designated service
• Bachelor degree in an Engineering discipline with some relevant exposure or work experience in IT related industry
• Candidate must be able to demonstrate strong interest in product research and development. Independent, resourceful and self-motivated. 
• A good team player who is able to work independently.
