Our client is one of the top, world class European manufacturers of glass moulded type I tubular vials and ampoules in the Glass Industry.

General missions:

• To monitor the Quality and non-Quality in compliance with the customers and regulations requirements, on both Local and Export level ; on the basis of performance analysis, in a continuous improvement loop, consistent with the site economic performance.
• To propose and implement a coherent Quality policy
• To monitor problem solving, risk analysis, team change management with the team, in partnership with the Production
• To ensure a proactive interface between the customers and the sales personnel (visits, regular quality assessment…)
• To manage internal/external Quality crisis in a structured and performing manner
• To ensure the balance between customer risks and suppliers by integrating subcontracted activities
• To work on the perception of customers’ expectations and on the « customer mindset » of the site
• To release or block production batches
• To guarantee the Quality Management System of the Site (ISO 9001, 15378, pharma GMP compliant)
• To monitor continuous improvement projects in relation to Quality

• 10+ years of experience in quality engineering and management
  
• Master’s Degree or equivalent or higher (Doctoral..)
• Ideally with an expertise in glass
• Previous exposure in the GMP Pharmacy (or Food/Cosmetics industries)
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and 15378 standards (or 22000 / 22716)
• Fluent in English with ideally a previous experience abroad
• Strong analysis abilities associated with an extreme rigour
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to liaise remotely
