Their first product was launched in 2012 and has already been recognised by Medias, Retailers and Consumers worldwide as a ground breaking innovation within its category.

Geographic coverage: European market 

Job location: Singapore


Role summary: A one man/woman show from product development to sales on the European Market 


Main responsibilities 


A typical day (if any) will involve:

  • Contribute to the management and development of product plans
  • Work with the teams to deliver improvement plans and additional product income
  • Provide insight and support to the team to better understand market trends and dynamics and identify brand –building opportunities
  • Constantly tune to a creative approach, thinking, ways of doing things
  • Draw a clear roadmap of product development, underpinned by innovation and technology capability
  • Ensure the effective delivery of product related initiatives
  • Conduct presentations to potential customers (distributors, influencers, etc.) which are powerful and convincing
  • Convince, energise, engage
  • Handle PR, meet with journalists, bloggers, retailers…
  • While constantly focusing on commercial drivers to deliver the bottom line and manage your P&L

Qualifications

  • Solid Marketing, Brand & Product Management, PR background or any of these
  • At least 5 years of experience in roles requiring polyvalence and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of the European market
  • A pure Entrepreneur able to make things happen using resources that either don’t exist or aren’t under your direct control
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Someone dynamic, self-motivated and very autonomous
  • A proactive and creative individual who will take initiatives and bring innovative ideas to contribute to the business’ growth
  • Mobility will be a must (around 50% of travel to be expected)
