Shipping Coordinator
Company Description
Our client, a Japanese MNC is looking for it's Shipping Coordinator, to be based in Singapore.
Job Description
- Preparing Sales and Purchase contracts, full set of import/export shipping documents based on L/C, Certificate of Origin, Customs/Insurance declaration, Monthly delivery/sales reports, issue payment vouchers, etc.
- Correspond and arrange with suppliers, overseas offices, customers and forwarding agents to ensure smooth and timely cargo delivery.
- Handle administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ level with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Able to work well as a team member
- Must be computer literate and able to use MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of L/C and SAP will be an advantage
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
- Willing to commit for 5 months contract
