Customer Service Officer (Showroom)
Company Description
Our client, a Japanese MNC is looking for it's Customer Service Officer (Showroom), to be based in Singapore.
Job Description
- Attend to customers’ walk-in enquiries; facilitate hands-on sessions, redemption of free gifts
- Sale of accessories
- Liaise with Marketing Dept on workshops, events and product launch and handle the administrative and registration of these activities
- Liaise with Head Office for replenish of stocks and brochures
- Visual merchandising of showcase – ensure consistency and branding
- Responsible for showroom daily operations
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE N/O Level
- Preferably at least 1 year experience
- Tech-savvy, interest and knowledge in cameras will be an advantage
- Pleasant personality with excellent customer service & communication skills
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
- Working hours: 10am – 6 pm / 12pm – 8pm
- Willing to work on PH, weekends & shift hours
- Working location: Suntec City
