Customer Service Officer (Showroom)

Company Description

Our client, a Japanese MNC is looking for it's Customer Service Officer (Showroom), to be based in Singapore.

Job Description

  • Attend to customers’ walk-in enquiries; facilitate hands-on sessions, redemption of free gifts
  • Sale of accessories
  • Liaise with Marketing Dept on workshops, events and product launch and handle the administrative and registration of these activities
  • Liaise with Head Office for replenish of stocks and brochures
  • Visual merchandising of showcase – ensure consistency and branding
  • Responsible for showroom daily operations

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE N/O Level
  • Preferably at least 1 year experience
  • Tech-savvy, interest and knowledge in cameras will be an advantage
  • Pleasant personality with excellent customer service & communication skills
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice
  • Working hours: 10am – 6 pm / 12pm – 8pm
  • Willing to work on PH, weekends & shift hours
  • Working location: Suntec City
