Village Voice, the nations founding Alternative Newsweekly, is seeking a Sales Administrative Coordinator to join the Sales Department.

Job Description

The primary job responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in weekly trafficking and building of print and digital ads
  • Manage paid email campaigns and communicate open email/mobile app inventory to staff
  • Maintain current client information and prospect information in a database management software program.
  • Assist in the development of sales proposals and related correspondence.
  • Assist in ad hoc projects.
  • Provide clerical assistance to the business department and sales staff.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate MUST be highly motivated, MUST be detail oriented and MUST have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Must possess superior organizational, problem solving and time management skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Power Point & Excel experience is REQUIRED.
