Seeking enthusiastic, global-oriented, and self-motivated interns with a passion for Virtual Organizations, Customer Experience and Social Media; who can bring creative ideas to the client experience team and help implement them. Will support the entire VOMI Global Think Tank and Advisory Board, a powerful advocacy arm of VOMI. Activities include support for performing competitive analyses around key customer experience drivers, measuring the customer experience, and articulating key findings and actions to board members and corporate executives. Will also be involved, under strict supervision, in providing client support; planning and attending Board meetings; learning and using parliamentary procedures based on Robert's Rules of Order; and recording and transcribing minutes of board meeting.

This is a 30-Day UNPAID Global-Virtual Internship, with a possibility of being extended for up to a maximum period of 90 days based on your initial performance during the first 30 days. Our internship program is Year-Round and is open to all applicants worldwide who meet our strict requirements. All selected interns who have successfully completed the maximum total of 90 days of internship will receive a $1500 stipend for tuition and education expenses subject to meeting all other stipend award requirements.

You must be an undergraduate in your 3rd or final year, or graduate student, majoring in Experiential Marketing, Customer Experience Management, Marketing Management or a related field. Must have a min 3.00 GPA in your major or equivalent; a 3.50+ GPA is preferred. A Social Media Native with a strong interest in customer experience management is a must. Admission is limited only to students who will receive course credit for the internship, however, a waiver of this requirement due to extenuating circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis. As well, we require the following:

• Excellent written and oral communication, research, and writing skills.

• Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in English required, additional language proficiencies (French, Chinese, etc.) are a plus.
