Overview

Seeking enthusiastic, global-oriented, and self-motivated interns with a passion for Virtual Organizations and Sales Operations.  Will support the entire VOMI Global Think Tank and Advisory Board, a powerful advocacy arm within VOMI.  Will receive end to end exposure to the customer management process.  Assist in support of various business departments and business units on order creation, invoicing and account statement creation, sales analyses, accounts receivable research and communication, customer database update and maintenance, research on customer support issues, direct customer support, and sales meeting attendance.  May also involve the development sales presentations, reports, quotes, etc.

This is a 30-Day UNPAID Global-Virtual Internship,  with a possibility of being extended for up to a maximum period of 90 days based on your initial performance during the first 30 days.  Our internship program is Year-Round and is open to all applicants worldwide who meet our strict requirements.   All selected interns who have successfully completed the maximum total of 90 days of internship will receive a $1500 stipend for tuition and education expenses subject to meeting all other stipend award requirements.

Qualification Requirements: 

You must be an undergraduate student majoring in Business Administration or a related field.   Must have a min 2.75 GPA in your major or equivalent; a 3.00+ GPA is preferred.  A Social Media Native with a strong interest in virtual organizations and customer service is a must.  Preference will be given to students who will receive course credit for the internship. As well, we require the following:

•    Above all else, an Oustanding WORK ETHIC!
•    Willingness and ability to operate and manage, under strict supervision, in a 100% virtual organization environment.
•    Excellent written and oral communication skills. 
•    Highly disciplined, focused, and extraordinary ability to adapt and thrive in a virtual organization.
•    Must be totally self-sufficient in a 100% virtual environment.
•    Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
•    Fluency in English required, additional language proficiencies (French, Chinese, etc.) are a plus.
