Virtual Organization Management Institute (VOMI) is laying the groundwork for what promises to be the global, spectacular phenomenon we call "VOMI: The Virtual Organization Holy Grail,"  and are looking for The Guardian - an  Unconventional, Unstoppable, Transformative, Entrepreneurial,  and  VISIONARY key person who will Guard and Carry the Luminous Light of  Virtual Organization Management  Institute to the Media, Sponsors, Industry and to every single individual in every corner of the globe.

As a Guardian of The Holy Grail, you have an opportunity to learn  a great deal about virtual organization management.  You will participate, at our expense,  in a very flexible 90-Day Virtual Organization Sabbatical Program at VOMI Virtual Organization Academy - if judged a serious top tier candidate - and, upon successful completion, be awarded its formal  Virtual Organization Executive designation.     You will contribute to the acceleration and explosive growth of virtual organizations worldwide and help usher in a New Virtual Organization World era.  

Unconventional Duties & Responsibilities:

This is NOT your typical-conventional bureaucrat position and, therefore, we'll skip the nonsense about a conventional laundry list of things for you to do.   As one of 13 Guardians of the Holy Grail, your duties and responsibilities will be defined by the corresponding title of one of the Guardian positions listed below,  your vision of the broad mission we have laid out for you, and your own individual competencies.   The titles of available Guardian positions are:

Experience

• Hands-on successful startup and Global 2000 experience.
  
• Highest level government, military-intelligence-defense,  public policy, or political background is a BIG PLUS. 
• Extensive knowledge of social media tools and solutions is a must.
• Thorough understanding of, and extensive participation in, social networks.
• Extensive Speaking experience in both brick and mortar and virtual settings.
• Superior deal closing skills in a virtual environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and leading web-collaboration tools

Requirements: 

• VISION.
• Extensive Business Development Experience.    Please do NOT apply if you do not meet that requirement.
• MUST BE on a first-name basis with CEOs and other decision-makers at leading corporate, governmental and public institutions worldwide.
  
• MUST BE willing to participate, at our expense,  in a very flexible 90-Day  Virtual Organization Sabbatical Program at VOMI Virtual Organization Academy in order to obtain a Virtual Organization Executive designation, if judged a serious top tier candidate.
• Must currently be, or have a solid prior history,  working primarily on a performance basis, earning a minimum mid-to-high  6-figure compensation package.  Please do NOT apply if you do not meet that requirement.
• Must be totally self-sufficient in a 100% virtual environment.
• Powerful web-based, live large venue,  and boardroom presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English and your native language.
• Excellent personal reputation in your industry.

Education:

• A Virtual Organization Executive designation from VOMI Virtual Organization Academy (http://www.virtualorganizationacademy.com),  to be obtained at our expense,  is an absolute must if judged a serious top tier candidate.    A waiver of that requirement will not be granted under any circumstances.     
  
• MBA/Ph.D. or equivalent experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

•  A  very competitive 7-figure total compensation package which includes, however it is not limited to,  a base salary,  performance-based compensation and bonuses, and other benefits.
