- Will be in charge of scheduling meetings with clients.
- Will manage executives' calendars and make all travel arrangements.
- Will gather and research information
- Wil be in charge of all PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials
- Will sometimes in respond to clients on behalf of the executives
- Will perform other miscellaneous duties
- Prefer 2-5 years experience working as an EA, or Office Coordinator. or Marketing Assistant in a financial services environment
- Prior experience doing calendar maintenance and travel arrangements
- Must have great skills in putting together PowerPoint presentations
- Strong writing and editing skills
Benefits: This company offers an excellent working environment. The salary is between $45,000 and $55,000. Can utilize your creative talents with marketing and PowerPoint presentations.
