Job Description

An industry-recognized, mulit-billion dollar, sophisticated advisory firm is seeing an operations professional to be part of a team that services ultra-high net worth families and their investments.  The position entails various responsibilities from on-boarding clients to administering and reporting on investment positions and performance.  The individual will gather, organize and reconcile all investment activity pertaining to client accounts, maintain all relevant files, perform account transfers of cash and securities, analyze all transactions, and provide appropriate reporting, including the calculation of investment performance and valuation (NAVs).


Requirements include up to five years of similar investment accounting, operations and performance experience, across various traditional and alternative asset classes.  Strong organizational, communication and technical skills, including experience with MS Office applications (advanced Excel) and portfolio accounting and performance systems (Advent Axys is highly preferred), is required.  A bachelor’s degree in business is preferred.  Acute attention to detail is a must.
