Job Description

Performs high level administrative and office support activities with the ability to maintain confidentiality. Manage travel, meetings, and communication for executives and interface with important individuals within and outside of the company. Comfortable leading specialized projects. At least 3-6 years of experience and background working with high leval executives. Will look at Temp to Perm Candidates as well.


College Degree

3-6 years administrative support experience. Real Estate Property Management a plus     

Advanced MS Office Suite skill

Advanced event, travel and calendar scheduling skills

Strong Communication skills

Ability to analyze and resolve administrative issues

Ability to perform more complex office support work and meet critical deadlines

Accounts Receivable experience a plus
