Job Description

  • Assist two Principals
  • Plan and coordinate travel arrangements and set up client meetings
  • Prepare written proposals
  • Maintain business calendars
  • Monitor Accounts Receivables and coordinate approval of monthly client billing
  • Maintain and update Principals’ contact lists
  • Schedule and organize video conferences
  • Train new hires and temporary staff as needed

Qualifications

  • 3-10 years or more of experience as an Administrative Assistant in consulting or professional services.
  • Highly organized with excellent project planning skills and attention to detail.
  • Articulate, with excellent writing ability and overall communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient with MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Typing of 60+ wpm
  • Creative problem solving skills
  • Degree is preferred but will also see candidates that have attended college or business school
