Job Description
- Assist two Principals
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements and set up client meetings
- Prepare written proposals
- Maintain business calendars
- Monitor Accounts Receivables and coordinate approval of monthly client billing
- Maintain and update Principals’ contact lists
- Schedule and organize video conferences
- Train new hires and temporary staff as needed
Qualifications
- 3-10 years or more of experience as an Administrative Assistant in consulting or professional services.
- Highly organized with excellent project planning skills and attention to detail.
- Articulate, with excellent writing ability and overall communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient with MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Typing of 60+ wpm
- Creative problem solving skills
- Degree is preferred but will also see candidates that have attended college or business school
