He hates status quo, discrimination and “recruiters who don’t give feedback to candidates.” Jerome founded the Zero Unemployment Movement to support his underlying mission in life: to eradicate unemployment globally.

Rafal Szczepanski

Software Development Team Leader

Rafal reads political and technology blogs, as attentively as, he watches Coen brothers movies. His passions are music and leading software development. He thrives when simultaneously performing seven tasks on thirteen applications. After hearing only a few seconds of music, Rafal’s not so secret talent lies in identifying the artist or composer. He’ll tell you, “The right song can wake me up when I’m feeling sleepy, and the other one can make me sleep when I don’t feel like sleeping.”

Dipti possesses the digital eagle eye, which is the ability to detect a misaligned pixel on a screen from across the room.

Nik Hristov

Service Manager

Nik garners some peculiar excitement from watching outrageously ugly cars drive around a racetrack through a Belgian forest for 2 hours at 5 a.m. on Sunday mornings. Surprisingly, he has found some equally offbeat friends to join him. Nik could also write a book on the influence of battle armor within the Mandalorian heritage and art forms. But what really gets him going is his passion for helping clients recruit and hire easier.

David Smooke

Internet Enthusiast

Driving across America David saw that 2.3 billion acres is plenty of room for 300 million people to produce. The backbone of his education is Vonnegut’s ‘God Bless You Mr. Rosewater,’ Friedman’s ‘Essays in Positive Economics,’ and ‘Seuss’s ‘One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish.’ David searches for new ways to link this place to the next place and that place to the place previous to this place. He promotes Michael Jordan’s competitive spirit, ‘Why Not?’ and walking.

Dominik Malysa

Senior Web Application Developer

Dominik works and works and works (to earn your praises on our community), but he also enjoys travel, especially when driving his black pearl car. With his fiancée, Dominik has visited the cast of the Polish Baltic Sea, and – because he admires “The Godfather” – he also visited Sicily. Pawel Lutwin

Web Application Developer

In youth Pawel pretended to be scientist. His keen experiments in chemistry and electronics produced results as educational as slightly burned hair and some nonlethal electric shocks. He decided to dive into physics. His unfettering desires to understand the tangible world forced him to university.  Pawel preaches, “Physics and computers have found common ground.” He loves walking the streets of Krakow, and setting out for the mountains, whether it be climbing in the summer or skiing in the winter.
