SmartRecruiters giving employees one additional week of PTO following a successful first half of 2021
San Francisco – July 30, 2021 – SmartRecruiters, the Hiring Success Company today, announced that it is giving all employees one additional week of paid time off after reporting a $110M Series E funding round and $1.5B valuation in the first half of 2021.

Last year, following its commitment to wellness and after taking the Spill pledge for improved employee mental health and wellbeing, the company closed global (home) offices during the holidays, encouraging employees to take additional time for themselves and their families. By acknowledging these needs and refusing to lay off any employees during a global pandemic, SmartRecruiters added 200+ enterprise customers, grew revenue 50%, and experienced 70% bookings growth.
