Memmer to oversee all global sales
San Francisco – April 13, 2021 – SmartRecruiters is excited to announce the appointment of Bob Memmer as its new Chief Revenue Officer. As more companies ramp up hiring in this next phase of recovery, Bob will focus on delivering and scaling Hiring Success globally so companies can transform their efforts and find the best talent. In this expanded role, Bob will oversee worldwide sales functions at the company.
Since Bob joined the company in 2016, SmartRecruiters has seen record enterprise growth, including 50% YOY growth in 2020 amidst the pandemic. During his tenure at the company, SmartRecruiters has added many large customers including LinkedIn, Visa, Twitter, Mattel, ServiceNow, and more. Bob was also instrumental in the recent strategic partnership with Cielo to reimagine the tech-enabled RPO with the best Talent Acquisition Suite for enterprises. Bob’s leadership and partnership between sales and customer success have contributed to over 90% net retention over the years. His previous roles at SmartRecruiters included North American enterprise and commercial sales. The new focus is to expand strategic enterprise growth and innovation throughout North America, Europe, and APAC.
