Our employee safety and security is a top priority. All SmartRecruiters employees are now working remotely with full and secure access to our platform. This allows all our business operations to run as normal. We have made no changes to our availability or working hours. Our distributed team has always spanned multiple timezones, so you can expect from us the same levels of service and 24/7 worldwide support.
Our business contingency strategy outlines action plans for various emergency scenarios, with disaster recovery protocols in place.
We are confident in our system’s proven reliability and security capabilities. SmartRecruiters’ IT system architecture is built to tolerate extreme circumstances with minimal customer impact. All US- and Europe-based data centers are fully redundant and operational 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This allows for normal operation of customer data storage and privacy protection without issue.*
