Mo Karim, Head of EMEA People Transformation, selected the SmartRecruiters Talent Acquisition Suite with the objective of accomplishing three key goals: 1) reduce reliance on recruiting agencies, 2) meet company-wide growth targets by increasing annual hiring, and 3) reduce hiring time to get talent through the door on demand.
