Berlin, 29.06.2017 – Business transformation and HR management consulting firm Promerit concludes an exclusive partnership with software provider SmartRecruiters.
Within just a short space of time, SmartRecruiters has been able to establish itself in the US as an innovative HR software solution for recruiting and talent acquisition. Now the DACH market will also be able to benefit from the cutting-edge digital talent acquisition platform. To this end, SmartRecruiters is entering into a strategic partnership with HR and business transformation consulting firm Promerit for talent acquisition in the German-speaking region of Europe.
The economic forecast for Germany was raised just last week. The economy is thriving. At the same time, competition for talented individuals is becoming increasingly fierce. To be successful, companies need to master numerous new skills that they are unable to develop entirely with their existing workforce. External access to target groups and hence an effective recruiting toolbox are increasingly becoming mission-critical, meaning that the demand for efficient, transparent and scalable recruiting management is also increasing. This is precisely the focus of the new partnership between the US HR-tech company and the German transformation consulting firm. Together they are helping companies to digitise and professionalise their talent acquisition processes.
Both companies share a holistic approach to talent acquisition: in Promerit’s case this applies to its consulting services, which range from the translation of the corporate strategy to the right personnel recruitment strategy, processes and concepts, as well as system introduction and use. With respect to SmartRecruiters, the same can be said of its software, which combines all steps in the talent acquisition and selection process in a user-friendly platform.
For its market entry, SmartRecruiters is not only launching a German-language platform specifically optimised for the local market but is also meeting the strictest security standards according to EU data protection guidelines by moving its servers to Frankfurt am Main.
