San Francisco – October 28, 2021 – SmartRecruiters, the Hiring Success Company, today announced its latest product release with powerful new enhancements that provide enhanced visibility throughout all stages of the hiring process. The latest product release delivers enhanced functionality to improve communication between employers and candidates to make the hiring process more efficient and effective.
One of the most prominent enhancements is to the Employee and Internal Mobility Career Portals, offering an improved post-application experience to internal candidates by displaying the status of their applications . Employees can now also update answers to screening questions, attach new files, and manage previously uploaded application files.
SmartRecruiters announced a new Employee Application Tracker, enabling customer employees without a SmartRecruiters user account to track their internal applications using a secure log-in with a One Time Password. The portal can be branded with company logo and colors.
Another series of enhancements to SmartPal are designed to increase candidate engagement and help candidates find jobs more easily. Enhanced chatbot conversational capabilities, including Natural Language Processing (NLP), help candidate discover jobs in different ways based on the information in their chats.
SmartRecruiters’ latest release also revealed updates to SmartMessage with expanded language support. For example, the Swedish language is now supported on SmartMessage, Opt-in/Opt-Out, and on interview invitation and reminder templates to candidates.
In addition, more than 30 delightful enhancements were made based on customer feedback including the integration of Microsoft Teams Link in the calendar invite and JobAdID Support in the Posting API.
