SAN FRANCISCO, CA JUNE 08, 2016
SmartRecruiters, the Hiring Success Company, today announced the winners of the first annual SmartRecruiters Awards, presented at its inaugural Hiring Success 16 Conference in San Francisco.
SmartRecruiters presented three awards that best represent the key achievements of Hiring Success:
Best Candidate Experience, Nexius: Awarded for a high candidate conversion rate on all of its job advertisements, responsiveness in communication with all candidates — especially those that it rejects — and a high NPS ranking by candidates on how they were treated. Overall, an amazing employer brand with a terrific career page experience.
“Attracting the best employees requires the best candidate experience, and this award reflects our recruiting team’s passionate focus on ensuring the best-quality experience for every individual who shows an interest in an opportunity with Nexius. We’re proud that candidates themselves had a voice in recognizing Nexius for this award and equally proud of the employer brand that we’ve created.”
-Andrea Schmidt, Director of Recruiting for Nexius
Best Hiring Process, Square: Awarded for effective leveraging of hiring teams to achieve collaboration and appropriate representation for each job and consistent use of scorecards — with both varied and timely candidate feedback — while maintaining a high level of non-recruiter usage and shared accountability with hiring managers.
“We’ve been live for only two months, and we’re still driving adoption, usage and process changes. We are excited to accept an award that recognizes the Square team’s hard work and engagement to talent.”
-Jeanette Ercila, Talent Lead at Square
Recruiting Teams of the Year, Pluralsight and Atlassian: Recognized for the best hiring success KPIs, including time to hire, pipeline health, and sourcing mix, as well as hiring teams who are exceptionally engaged in the process and platform. These companies offer amazing candidate experience with high conversion rates and low time in stages and have the highest quality of hire, based on SmartRecruiters’ hiring managers and employee survey post-hire.
“The talent at our company is our most important asset. We strive to hire the best, and receiving the SmartRecruiters ‘Recruiting Team of the Year’ award reminds us to keep working hard in finding the best candidates. Atlassian wouldn’t be the same without them.”
-Jeff Diana, Chief People Officer at Atlassian
“At Pluralsight, we’re committed to creating a great hiring experience for both our candidates and our employees, so it was an honor to receive SmartRecruiters’ ‘Recruiting Team of the Year’ award as a testament to the value our team places on all our recruiting efforts.”
-Ethan Medeiros, Senior Technical Recruiter at Pluralsight
“There is nothing more important to us than our customers’ hiring success,” said Jerome Ternynck, CEO of SmartRecruiters. “We developed this award program to ensure that those who are the best of the best in transforming their talent acquisition into a strategic weapon were recognized. Congratulations to all the winners; they are examples we can all look to for inspiration.”
